Liked having McDonald's, Subway, etc. located inside the Plaza complex. The downtown location was good. The pool and pickleball courts were great.

Our room was not serviced the first day we were there. They advertise an airport shuttle. When I called to make arrangements, I was told they only shuttle you to the airport, not from the airport. When I tried to sign up for the shuttle to the airport, the time I needed was not available that day.
