Everything was top shelf and I mean everything including your shuttle driver Henry who showed me a used tire store up the street to replace a no good flat tire and his kindness in picking up me and my wife up at C3 upon her landing from her trip to China. He is a great asset to your hotel don't loose him. Richard Czelusniak

Everything! including lovely breakfast, warm reception on our arrival, etc.
I was surprised that Hampton Inn was not on the list of hotels with free shuttle service (With 'phone number) at the airport.

We loved having your shuttle pick us up at the airport. The staff also helped us find transportation to Brooklyn Harbor. The breakfast was very nice as well.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Able to use internet. Room very clean and comfortable. Very good complimentary breakfast served (both hot and cold). Couldn't have wished for better to set us up for the day. Would be happy to use the hotel again if in the area as it is very convenient to airport and also has a courtesy bus running every half hour.
