The staff at the desk were great!
During a busy holiday weekend an additional airport shuttle would be nice. I sat in the back of the van with the baggage just so I didn't have to wait another half hour.

We needed a place just for the evening. Had a very early flight and needed to wake up at 3 am. Our room was clean it is not a 4-5 star but we didn't expect that for the price. Location is great! Staff is very nice and knowledgable.

Shuttles made it so easy to access the public transportation into NYC. The shuttle even took us to the restaurant of our choice for dinner. Price was reasonable and the staff very helpful
