The staff were very helpful and location and price was very affordable and that is the reason we chose the hotel

Really enjoyed the swimmingpool, very friendly staff. Easy to get to the Metro/Airport by the complementery bus. Nice room with a bath.

Definately no reason to complain, especially for the price we paid.

That your restaurant was in the same building and that you are located across from the airport. Also, that you have a shuttle every half hour so I could plan accordingly for check out or check in. Thanks to you that you have staff on scene that can speak English and they were very helpful!

Paul and his team, are a credit to your organisation. They welcomed us from the moment we arrived. Unknown to us, on the day of arrival, the flights had been cancelled and so there was an upsurge of guests. Paul and his DM, were on hand to answer questions all day, including late evenings. They were helpful, personal, and took time with every guest. If something was wrong they were immediately apologetic, and help resolve the situation. Throughout our stay (which originally was for 1 night, and got extended to 5 nights) we were extreamly pleased with the way we were treated and our ordeal of the uncertainty of when we were getting back home was made less stressful by the hospitality, services, food, etc that Paul and his team worked round the clock to deliver. They were very quick to react to to changing situation around to clock, of keeping us updated with fligh/airport information, on top of which they did their upmost to help answer questions on behalf of Emirates. Even the additional shuttle bus services that were arranged to help us spend our time in Dubai. I would recommend the Premier Inn International Airport Hotel to anyone, who is looking for a short budget break, with or without families. Definately would book there again. Thank you once again to the Paul and hist entire team, for taking the stress out of the stressful sitution we were in!

Good value all round, not a 5 star hotel but ideal for an overnight stay before flying out of Dubai.

Very family friendly ! We were very pleased that room was ready and accommodating for our children when we arrived after a long trip. Room was pretty comfortable for a family of four.

Would have liked an Iron in the room.
