Regular free shuttle buses to/from the airport/Dubai Mall. Excellent service from the staff at the Hotel. Wonderful rooms. Lovely quiet sit out area next to the bar.

Friendly, helpful reception staff

The shuttle bus pick-up point at the Airport was difficult to locate. We stood waiting for 25 minutes as there was no seating. The shuttle bus was not identifiable easily - it was not modern.

The total package! Excellent location/pick up, drop off facilities. One of the friendliest teams of staff that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and an extremely comfortable nights sleep in a clean and quiet room. Excellent and I look forward to staying with you again.
