I made the booking for my grand-daughter, Emily Savva and her friend Lucia Skewes. Emily informed me the staff were extremely polite and helpful, the shuttle bus assisted them greatly and they enjoyed their stay.
They did not mention any down-sides to their stay. I and my grand-daughter would certainly recommend your hotel for other travellers.

The hotel staff very very friendly & helpful providing excellent customer service. We appreciated the 24/7 free airport shuttlebus service and the free bus to the shopping precinct. Good quality and value at the hotel restuarant
