Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Bothell

It was perfect for a handicapped person, which I am.

The food in the restaurant was terrific, and servers were attentive to every need. And the staff in the hotel were all very courteous and helpful. When we asked for assistance (we are in our 80s) someone was there in just a few minutes. We really enjoyed our stay at the Bothell Hilton Garden Inn. Everyone was very pleasant and courteous! We will probably stay there again!

Only thing that could be better is access to hotel from surface streets! But it really is no problem once you find your way the first time.

A little noisy as we were on the freeway side. My son/daughter in law were on the tree side and they said it was better.

My daughtr-in-law fell in the bath tub. My boyfriend said he almost fell also so I would suggest putting down something in the tub to prevent accidents.

It was difficult to access from the street. It seemed hidden back in a corner.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We loved Julia! When coming in with the luggage cart which was very full, Julia went to the cooler and got a soda for me. On other occasions, we were asked if there were other things they could do to help us. The room, itself, was fantastic! It was large enough for my husband's wheelchair to maneuver the room. The room felt like we were home. The staff in the American Cafe were also very friendly and nice. In the future, we would definitely check to see if there was a Hilton Garden Inn available and book this hotel again. We would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The description of having an "adjustable bed" was misleading. We have an adjustable bed at home, meaning we have a bed where the head and feet can be elevated. Because of this, we thought that this same type of bed was available. When we arrived, we learned that the adjustable bed meant that it was more like a sleep number bed. Because of my husband's medical and physical condition, he cannot sleep laying flat and he requires sleeping at a 45 degree angle. There was a chair with foot stool in the room and he slept in the chair as best as he could. We would suggest that the hotel consider defining "adjustable bed" differently than in the description of the accommodations so others are not mislead. Another suggestion is that the hotel put recliners in handicapped rooms rather than the chairs with footstools. This would certainly be helpful for those who can't sleep laying down in a bed.

I had hurt my foot and needed to visit the local hospital. The staff secured dinner for me, so that I would have something to eat when I got there and did everything they could to help me. GREAT STAFF!

Clean and quiet.

Employees friends and family using the hot tub, pool, etc. Unprofessional.
