The ambiance of the room, the complimentary house wine and beer at the lounge, the breakfast buffet, the bed was comfortable too.

Wanted to watch a movie from the select TV in our room and it did not work. Tried to call front desk and they had someone reset it but it didn't work. Asked for a second floor room, which we got and I requested a quiet place and they placed us adjacent to some big HVAC or Boiler system that sound like a jet airplane taking off, definitely won't be taking that room again.

We will return on our next visit. Nice touch of comp drink tickets. In addition the breakfast was excellent food and service.

Noticed the old televisions. We however didn't even turn them on. Just look dated.

The setting was beautiful in the trees. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Yes. We were anticipating internet service and there was none even after several notifications to the front desk. Then the two tv controllers never worked on our tv so no tv! We were going to stay 2 nights but after both of these situations...we stayed one night.

Scott, the bartender. Not only is he good, he remembered us from last year, Not just Shilo Inn but all if Bend is very nice place to visit, will continue to make this at least a yearly visit.
