Novotel Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel

We used the hotel as we were on transit toward another destination. Good value for the location.

I stayed only a short night sleeping between flights. The hotel is close to the airport and I wanted to walk after a long trip but could not find any instructions where to go. The shuttle bus was OK. In the room I did not get the lights on and had to go back to the reception. This felt unnecessary since I got the impression that this was not the first time there were problems with the card reader. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The Novotel Suvarnabhuni Airport Hotel in Bangkok is a great place to stay and very confortable. We enjoyed our stay there and whenever we need a Hotel in the near of the airport, we come back. We can recommend this hotel of course.

Just stayed for a very short night stop. Did not really have time to check all facilities.

No wheelchair access in the room which we booked. unable to use the shower or toilet. staff poorly trained in needs of disabled people. they did not even ask if we needed an accessible room when we booked in, even though it was plainly visible that one of us was in a wheelchair.

Value for money because we manage to get a reasonable room rate at this time. If not, it is quite expensive. No complimentary Hotel Shuttle Coaches to downtown Bangkok for Shopping. Nothing to do - except Spa Package. Appreciate the free Hotel Shuttle to and from Airport. That's very convenient.
