Close to the airport, great restaurants, staff very nice

Every thing about my brief stay was excellent; quality, staff service, facilities, food. You should be proud of your staff.

Great experience, but you pay for it.

So far, I am confused about the charges, I have not received my bill, but the charges on my credit card have me concerned. The prices quoted from you are different from what I think I have been charged. I won't know yet and I am sure the Hotel will take care if there is any problem, it is a classy place.

It is a fantastic hotel!

A very beautiful hotel with comfortable and well appointed rooms and one of the best Spas. The front desk staff were efficient, but not as friendly as one expects in Thailand. The main problem was lack of any hotel information in the room (except for on the TV - which you only discover if you turn on the TV). There is no Directory of Services and no guide to using the phone - not even a list of how to contact the various hotel departments. (except for a room service menu). When I asked the front desk about this, they said this info doesn't exist !!
