Novotel Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel

THE HOTEL HAS ALL YOU NEED WHEN YOU MUST STAY OVER NIGHT WHEN CHANGING FLIGHTS

We like the hotel very much. The room was very nice and the bed big enough to fit one child.

Need some wash towel in the shower room

Very nice hotel, but maybe a little over-decorated since most people appear to be staying one or two nights waiting to get a flight out. I would have liked nice shops in the hotel, and only discovered there were wonderful ones after I had checked in for my flight and had no time to shop. Even had I known about them, I would have to have checked in and gone security before I could reach them. I would have especially liked to spend more time in the Jim Thompson shop, but couldn't.

Good hotel what more

The only set back from the whole experience was that the desk had no reference to us booking the room through the agent the day before, even though we had email confirmation. We were told you had no rooms twice. Then made do with 2 single beds. The room was fabulous and room service was 5 star!

We must waiting about 30 minutes befor the luaggage comes to the room?! That was a big misstep.

Everything o k except a minor "trouble" during the checking out process.

I chose this hotel because it is at the airport. I felt that the restaurant staffs ignore the solo traveler. The concierge weren't helpful when asking about Bangkok info.
