Staff at check in (Alita) was very helpful & kind. Staff at the buffet were all very welcoming. Food was really good.
The charging outlets in the lamps on the bedside table were inaccessible.

I thought the staff was efficient and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness. Great location -
Well, the parking is a bit pricey - but convenient. The vending machines could be stocked a bit more for snacks - more chocolate!

The staff was exceptional, Gerald in particular. He was spot on in his recommendations and was helpful every time we had a question. The day staff was just as friendly and helpful. We would stay there the next time we are in Baltimore.

This was the second time my husband and I stayed at this hotel. It's location, front desk staff and the clean rooms are what keep us coming back.

The staff was very helpful each day I was there. Directions, suggestions for dining, holding luggage, providing envelopes, etc all the time with a pleasant attitude.
