I have nothing bad to say! The staff was wonderful so nice so helpful!! It was very clean. My overall experience was great! I will be staying there all the time on my visits to Baltimore. I’m telling everyone about it.

Great check in/out staff! Room was spacious and the location is excellent. Have stayed here for a number of years (go Red Sox!) and will be back next time.
Would love to have a free breakfast!

I had a prejudice from growing up out west that staying in the downtown of an old east coast city would be impossible...but I took a chance on your place and it was wonderful in every way.

Close to both Camden Yards for the Yankee game Monday May 20 and also close to Fella Point for a great lunch at Berthas Mussels.

Parking facility proximity and location to the hotel entrance was a plus. The hotel was also close to the convention center.
I was not pleased with the bathroom sink being located in the room instead of in the bathroom for privacy. Also, did not prefer the gym facilities located in the basement of the hotel as it seemed isolated.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and clean. I appreciated the computers and printer available in the business center. Hotel has good security. Appreciated ability to store luggage there after check-out before leaving for airport. No complimentary breakfast offered, but decent coffee available downstairs for a fee and restaurant on premises.
Would appreciate a secured wi-fi because without it I could not access many websites. Not much of a view available due to location. Appreciated that coin-operated laundry facilities were available but were rather expensive.
