Helpful, friendly staff, comfortable, quiet, nice pool area
Only had one regular coffee pod for 2 people in room; prefer cream to powder for coffee. Would also prefer breakfast included like many area hotels with lower rates.

The staff was exceptionally helpful
Disappointed in the breakfast at the restaurant. Because of special diets we were hoping to order specific items and we were told at the last minute the manager changed to a buffet.

Location for going to mission ridge was very convenient
I booked for a party of 5 and the room provided was inadequate

Room clean. new bedding and pillows.
Room not ready when we checked in at 3pm. restaurant=bar hours not ok when room not ready.

The restaurant located in the hotel on the top floor is excellent and fairly priced. I like everything about this hotel. Its clean and friendly with the fireplace in the comfortable lobby. i give it an A rating.

Breakfast provided on 9th floor was wonderful. chef greeted us, had scrambled eggs, toast, sausage ready for 25 people in 15 minutes. awesome!

The staff was terrific, the rooms were clean and comfortable with many pillows! Love that!!! Our new puppy was made welcome which was important to us. There was also a beautiful dining room with splendid views.

IF I stay there again I'll reguest a room at the far end of the hall the walls are very thin and there were kids running up and down the hall till well after midnight. No a very comforting sleep!

Eaay access to everything downtown.
Not enough parking if you come in after hours. I didn't like the location we had to park way out in the back. There should be a vent/fan in the bathroom.
