CHEAPY BUILT VERY NOISEY. NOT SURE WHY I HAD TO HAVE A HANDICAPPED ROOM.

I felt the bed was to hard and not enough pillows. My husband and I like at least two pillows. When you have acid reflex in middle of night you want to be not laying flat, I felt the pillows were to flat. Like not having one at all

The front desk/check in gentleman was very nice, breakfast was good, and check in and out was easy.

Phone did NOT work well,when I moved it the first time my husband called it disconnected the call. My husband left a message which I was not aware of for many hours after message was left, actually found out I had a message after I spoke to my husband. When I called the # indicated to retrieve message there was no answer so never did receive message. Both outside "secure" doors for guests only on the north side of building did not work with room key, so the nearest outside door to my room had to be propped open with a rock for me to get my luggage up to my room without going through main lobby, the rock was already there when I arrived, which makes me believe that the hotel is "unsecured" A LOT, which made me feel insecure about being "secure" in my room. The carpeting in my room was filthy, I spilled part of the juice I had bought with me so wiped it up with one of the towels and the part of the towel I used was BLACK, which tells me the carpet was really dirty. You should have guides in the room to let the customer/renter know where the ice machine is and what is offered for the continental breakfast, and how to use the waffle maker machine, for the waffle maker I would recommend posting a larger "how to use" instructions.

It was comfortable and clean. No one bothered me unless I asked them. And I loved the bottom floor rooms. The a/c unit was on the wall next to the window in stead of under. I didn't get hot a night at all! All a/c units should be this way.
