The beds was so comfortable. You have exceptional staff there as well. Very friendly and helpful. I always appreciate the comfort of my stays as Comfort Inns and affiliates. This stay was exceptionally pleasant.

Jackie and her associates made us feel welcome in every way we interfaced with them. The breakfast room was clean, the food good and the folk made us feel welcome. We plan on being back there in June and, if the young folk can get time off, bring some of them with us.
No problems at all.

There are quite a few things we enjoyed of this Comfort Inn in Walla Walla. First, the bed was comfortable. Second, the water pressure was very strong. Lastly, the a/c unit cooled our room quickly.
The shower head was not properly attached, causing a small spray on the wall. I told the front staff about it.

Clean,close to all ball fields for us.
They didn't seem to have enough breakfast for the amount of guests they had.

When we got there are room had a strange order. Opened window then went out to dinner. Thought it would be better when we got back but even stronger. Talked with front desk and was able to change rooms. They claimed it was the air freshener but I have never smelled any air freshener that strong.

Free breakfast
Barking dogs left unattended in other guest's rooms. We have stayed here before and this time it didn't seem as nice. There was staff hanging around the hotel while "off-duty" which I think is unprofessional. Several times I had to ask the FD staff to log me in to the public computer.
