Staff was great, pool was fun and while we had a few minor complaints, we had a great time.
Only had one really small trash can in the room, we had to request one for the bathroom. Wished the pool had longer hours in the afternoon. I understand that the hours follow the check in/out times, but for those of us staying through, it's a loss of time. Arcade also had a number of games that were out of order.

The rooms were nice size and soft beds. Pools were nice and clean and everybody had great time. Loved the arcade.

The staff was INCREDIBLE, all VERY nice and so so helpful. The remodel is being done so nicely and did not bother us at all. The pool was wonderful, clean and the perfect temperature and the fact that there was no chlorine helped with not hurting any eyes or skin.
The ONLY negative thing I have to say is our family LOVES arcades. We spent a lot of money in your arcade and some of the games did not work, the ball games had flat basketballs and flat footballs.

When I had an issue with the water temperature the first night of my stay, the maintenance was very nice and explained to us that the water heater had broke, but it would be fixed as soon as possible, as they were currently working on it. Also, when we needed more towels, we got them at a speedy time. Staff was VERY helpful and nice!
Only thing I didn't like was the room wasn't very clean.
