I loved that the hotel and staff were very family friendly!
It would have been nice if the family bathrooms had an infant changing table. Everything else was wonderful!

The staff got us checked in early and speedy. Pool attendants did a good job supervising pool area.
Noted some black mold above shower head in bathroom. Room smelled wet or full of moisture.

The staff was fantastic. they went out of their way to help the guest out.
When I booked the rooms, I assumed both rooms would be joining rooms, they weren't. that is the only complaint I can make. we were separated and our Grand kids were disappointed.

Family friendly
The bar is under staffed - couldn't even pay my bill. After waiting 15 minutes went to my room. They called at 11:30 to confirm my ticket for pizza.
