All staff we encounter were very cheerful and accommodating. We enjoyed watching the Alabama football game on lobby TV.

I travel and stay in a lot of hotels. This one we checked in late and asked for a late check out. We were given a 12 noon time. At 8:45 the cleaning help started knocking on the door and there was a do not disturb tag out.
After having to be awaken we were told they had to strip the bed. Is this a common practice to treat guest who pay over $100 dollors a night to rest plus taxes

The bed was comfortable, the staff was really friendly!!
TV reception was awful, sometimes none at all. TV location relative to the bed was uncomfortable to my neck. No ABC channel. Missed an entertaining football game!! We pre-paid for breakfast and never was able to get it due to issues with the food area. Never got a printed reciept!!!!! Was promised it would be emailed to me, but never was. One promise unfulfilled.

No problems with check in. Very courteous staff. I booked in andvance and staff found my reservation with no issues. I loved that the Outback Steak House was within walking distance. Our room was very nice and clean. The BED was SO COMFORTABLE -- best night sleep I've had in a year.
Corridors were a little too warm, but understanc fuel efficiency. Also, i thought when I booked that we had a refrigerator and microwave. Biggest complaint was too small of a trash can. Only one and very small. The other disklike was the price of "water" from the Market by the desk. A little steep. If you won't comfort...this is a good place to stay. Just bring your own water and maybe get a trashbag from the front desk (only if free).

I especially enjoyed the peacefulness. Room was spacious.
Unable to get Fox cable news.
Girls at the front desk gave the impression they did not want to be bothered with guests coming in.
