Awesome experience! Staff was great!

Very close to my brothers house and food close by.

Wish you would have had pastry rolls at breakfast.

I LIKED NOTHING ABOUT THE STAY, FIRST OF ALL WHAT A HORRIBLE PARKING LOT. SMALL AND ON A HILL, VERY HARD TO GET IN AND OUT OF MY CAR WITH ALL MY BAGS. THEN THE CLERK WAS REAL HOAKIE LOOKING, REAL TACKY DRESSER, BIG WALL MART JEWELRY, NO CLASS!! THEN THE FIRST THING I NOTICED IN THE OLD MUSTY ELEVATOR WAS HOW DIRTY IT WAS, i USED TO CLEAN STATE OFFICE BLDINGS AND SOMEONE REALLY NEEDS TO VACUUME THE EDGES AT LEAST!! VERY DIRTY. THEN THE ROOM , I DID NOT SLEEP A WINK, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE BED, SCRATCHY LINENS AND HORRIBLE BEDSPREAD, THE BED WAS HARD AS A ROCK. hORRIBLE BED WITH FOAM PILLOWS. i SHOULD HAVE BROUGHT MY OWN. I AM REALLY A BATH PERSON ESPECIALLY TO RELAX AT NIGHT, VERY SMALLL BATH TUB, WATER WAS NOT HOT ENOUGH. LAST BUT NOT LEAST THE WALLS WERE THIN I COULD HEAR OTHER PEOPLE COMING IN ALL NIGHT, NOT TO MENTION AMTRACK TRAIN WHISTLLE BLOWING ALL NIGHT. NEVER AGAIN!!! I WOULD BE MORE COMFORTABLE SLEEPING IN MY CAR. THEN TO HAVE TO DRIVE 5 HOURS TO THE HOTEL, GET UP AT 6AM TO GO TO MEETINGS ALL DAY AND THEN DRIVE HOME ANOTHER 5 HOURS, I AM LUCKY I DIDNT GET IN A WRECK, I WAS SOOO TIRED I THOUGHT ABOUT STOPPING AT YET ANOTHER MOTEL JUST TO SLEEP ENOUGHT TO GET HOME. MY NEXT STAY WILL BE MARRIOT. NEVER GO WRONG WITH MARRIOTT. THANK YOU FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO TELL MY SIDE, I HOPE YOU WILL TAKE THIS AS HELPFUL AND IMPROVE EVERYTHING. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN! Oh breakfast was to be expected, ok. im not much of a breakfast person.

The staff was attentive, but not overly so.

The location was not great, but for the price it was acceptable. My room was right off the lobby, it felt safe, but was noisy.

Good, strong wifi connection and the breakfast accommodations were nice.

1) The room had an odd odor, not sure if it was an air freshener. We had to open the windows to vent the odor to some degree. 2) The bed spreads both beds needed to be cleaned/replaced. They both had an odor and were quite worn.
