Main reason for choosing Hampton Inn & Suites Tacoma: Location
From the moment I walked in until the moment I left with my complimentary breakfast/lunch in a brown bag I was made to feel special. Your staff easily engaged in conversation, seemed interested in me as a guest, and made me feel at home.
Buy a new toaster for the lady who runs the continental breakfast room. She was ever so sweet and respectful to the Hampton as she apologized for the time it took to get the toaster to toast.

Liked how secure the hotel was. gated parking and elevators needed room keys to work. the room was very quiet compared to other hotel we have stayed at.it was clean and staff was friendly.
The breakfast was adequate but far inferior to other hotels we have stayed at. we didn't feel that is was worth the money spent for the room. we have stayed with competitors and paid less for the room and the breakfast was much better. we got complimentary water and cookies too.
