Main reason for choosing Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch: Location
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpfull. Our room was very clean and spacious.
The room was big enough for two queens and would have made the stay much more comfortable if there were two queen beds instead of two double. The price was a bit high for it just being a standard view room with two double beds. When we checked our bags in the morning I found the bell service staff to be rude. We were ignored when we first walked up while they had a personal conversation. When they finally took our bags I felt the gentleman was rude in the way he talked to us. He is the reason I could not give a better score on the staff.
