I can't think of a hotel I've stayed in that had a nicer staff, and I mean every single person I came in contact with. Every member of the staff smiled and greeted the guests, staff members accommodated my request for a late check-out with a generous 'Of Course', upgraded my room, and took initiative when I had a question at the Guest Services desk. Valet parking was a breeze. These days there are so many businesses with significant customer service issues. What a refreshing surprise to find not one thing to criticize about the Hyatt at the Arch. Great Job!!

Thinner pillows would have been nice.....but I could have asked.
Walking to the parking lot a block away. But it was doable.

The hotel was nice and we enjoyed our stay.
Yes, the mandatory valet parking was terrible. As long as it is the policy, we will never stay there again. We have been staying at Hyatts for decades. We stayed at this property when it was an Adam's Mark and there was parking in the hotel garage or valet parking. We know it is possible, but what an inconvenience. $28 isn't all that bad, but, every time we wanted our car, the attendants had their hands out for a tip. It resembled a rip off joint.
Sorry, if you think we are not picking. I hated the valet parking!

Accommodations in the hotel were nice as far as Starbucks, Bar and Grill and Ruth Chris steakhouse. However the main entrance was difficult to get into the hotel and check in if you are not valet your car ($28). Self parking was a block away.

It was very busy over the 4th of July holiday weekend, but the staff made it easy to check in, check out. Valet parking was a tremendous plus!

Although a bit over budget it was well worth it. view of gateway arch from bedroom window was amazing. excellent location. staff were friendly and helpful. beautiful hotel. spotlessly clean and a starbucks in the lobby, what more could you want??
