Very pleasant staff willing to help if needed.l Rooms are great and have unique atmosphere. The walls are insulated enough to not hear everything going on next door. We have relatives in St. Jo and have always stayed with you once our family suggested you.
The facilities are clean and beds comfortable.
We are always looking for room service, since one family member has disabilities, but can make do without.

We love the theme decorations- reminds us of Maine and Montana. it is such a nice break from regular hotels that all look pretty much the same. the animal toy welcoming us is a small friendly gesture. the breakfast room is pleasant and comfortable. the touch screen computer screen in the lobby is very useful.
Having more breakfast options without milk products and gluten would be useful but is not expected.

Love, Love, Loved the rooms. Very impressed with breakfest selection as well.
The only regreat, is that I didn't stay longer.

The room was quite comfortable. The heat was able to be regulated and it had sufficient variation: I didn't have to choose between blasting heat and not enough heat! That (and air conditioning in summer) is an often-overlooked amenity. I wish I had had time to use the pool!
I wish there was a winter blanket for the bed.

Courteous staff and great breakfast. Great location, rooms that you could actually move around in and not crowded. We'll definitely be staying with you again.
Could leave an extra roll of toilet paper. Got the flu will there and ran out of T.P.
