We loved the view of the lake and Mackinac Island. The staff was great at check-in and also check-out. The rooms were very clean.

The rooms were spacious and all rooms had a good view by facing the lake.
I found it strange that the breakfast area was separate from the rooms. If Dr. Suess was staying there, he would ahve been happy. I on the other hand did not enjoy green eggs (really)

The hotel is very OUTDATED, needs updated badly.

Easy parking. Very pleasant waterside room. Immaculate room maintenance. Splendid breakfast.
Arthritic knee struggled a little with the luggage down & back up the 2nd floor stairs, after arriving via elevator.
