We forgot to reset our watches to Eastern time and overslept. We got a call from the person at the front desk who was very kind and understanding.

This review is for holiday inn express.Ended up that comfort inn wasn't open for the season when i made reservations, but they gave us a room at holiday inn express.we were very pleased with the staff & room. Also i had found a lower price & hotelsone.com gave me a refund on my visa.was very pleaxed with service.will use them again.

Easy to find and a moderate price. Good breakfast.
Continued from below: Also the clock in our room was broken so we couldn't use the alarm and the stopper in the sink was covered with a black fungus with bacteria on it. This is very unhealthly and the sink drain needs to be cleaned on at least a weekly basis to avoid this.
The registration area and breakfast area were in a separate building and I wanted to use the microwave to heat a microwaveable pad for my back. The only place where one was available was in the main office so I had to walk uphill outside to do it. It would be helpful to have a microwave available in the building where guests stay to avoid this. It could be placed near the ice machine or the vending machines.

The rooms were very clean and nicely situated. The ameneties were appreciated such as the pool/hottub,Kewadin credits and shuttle service, as well as the continental breakfast. We would stay at this location again.

The room was comfortable, location was good.
The room was not very clean! There were dead bugs on the bathroom sink, and a huge spider on the wall. We had to get rid of the bugs, and I had to "clean" the phone, bathroom, and the room also had a strong smell when you walked into it. NOT a clean smell as other hotels usually have.
