The friendly, competent manager and staff; the new exercise equipment; free WiFi; the refurbished premises all much appreciated.
It would be nice if the pool was heated.

We always enjoy our stay at Hampton Inns, where ever we go.
The hotel was great......but, we got out bill some days prior to our stay. Tha t was a first.....a mistake, or is this common practice for your company. Has never happened before. Out travel is being cut down due to age, but we did take long trips up until this year. Never were we charged
BEFORE our stay.

We are repeat customers as we feel comfortable at this chain. The sevice is good, rooms are clean and most of all quality control seems to be a selling point for this chain.

I was extremely disappointed with management at this location
I am a repeat customer and have always enjoyed my stay. Two problems: The parking lot was being paved and the entrance was not accesible. The side door was locked no signs were posted to indicate where we were to park and how we were to enter the inn. The second problem was although my room was paid in advance a credit card was asked for for "incidentals". I was not told my debit card would be hit for $50 even though we had no additional expenses.
