The friendly, competent manager and staff; the new exercise equipment; free WiFi; the refurbished premises all much appreciated.
It would be nice if the pool was heated.

Main reason for choosing Hampton Inn Spring Hill: 价格
We always enjoy our stay at Hampton Inns, where ever we go.
The hotel was great......but, we got out bill some days prior to our stay. Tha t was a first.....a mistake, or is this common practice for your company. Has never happened before. Out travel is being cut down due to age, but we did take long trips up until this year. Never were we charged
BEFORE our stay.

管理我非常失望，我是一个回头客，一直很喜欢我留在这个位置。两个问题：停车场所铺的入口入店。本方门是锁着的，没有任何迹象表明，我们到公园，以及我们是如何进入客栈被张贴到。第二个问题是，虽然我的房间里预先支付的信用卡被要求为“杂费”。我没有告诉我的借记卡会被击中，即使我们没有额外的费用为50美元。
