The Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Gian at the front desk, John in the restaurant and Anna at the breakfast buffet all did a great job.

The front desk staff was great as was everyone else we came in contact with during our visit. Room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. Wish we would have had more time to enjoy all that was offered.
We did want to get a room fan (more for noise than anything) but there were non available.

John drove us by shuttle ; wecouldn’t otherwise get around because of the snow.

Style of hotel, clean and comfortable bed.
I didn’t like that we weren’t allowed to bring towels from the pool back to our room. I was forced to have my children run through the hallways cold to get back to our room. I also was charged twice for my room and am still waiting for a reembursement days later.

The breakfast and Tavern food and service were very good. The staff was very helpful and professional.
The noise and especially the doors slamming later at night were an irritation.
