All was very nice.
I would like to have had stiffer pillows but my husband liked them just fine.

The desk staff was very friendly
The washcloths were actually grey instead of white. They looked as if they could have been used as cleaning rags, then mistakenly put back into the linen rotation. Our room didn't even have soap in the bathroom when we arrived. And there should be some kind of soap dish so you don't have to lay the wet bar on the paper wrapper. Lots of things were just fine, but when something like the soap and washcloths jump out at you, it colors how you look at the whole experience.

We were in South Bend during the Polar Vortex. The room was warm and comfortable, and the staff was most helpful! Have stayed at several Microtels and they're great!

Very convenient location facilities and rooms are nice, comfortable and generally clean.
The carpeting is filthy especially the hallways, towels are thin and holes in some, needs to have some additional softer lighting over beds, can't read without disturbing the other bed occupant with glaring light.

Friendly and accomodating
No water in the vending machine. TV did not show the football games that the hotel subscribed to.

I liked the use of the computer in the lobby. It was indeed a comfortable place to stay. Also they replaced a broken coffee pot in quick order. It was a good experience.
The elevator did not work.
