We were very pleased with our stay at the Microtel at Notre Dame/South Bend. It is a very efficient operation with good staff. I would especially like to commend Austin, who seemed to be at the desk most of the time. I appreciated his help in using the lobby computer. I enjoyed the breakfasts--but the coffee was a bit weak. It was good in the room, however.
Pull out bed needed more of a mattress pad so I improvised one with the comforter I found in the drawer.

I was told my rewards number would be included automatically at checkout. It was not. I keep staying atvWyndom units who can only occasionally find my number.

Liked the attitude of the staff good temp control good breakfast provided handy location to Notre Dame bathroom facilites are good
BREAKFAST: the bulk eggs were tastless and not worth having.

Staff courtesy and helpfulness in directions. Breakfast. Location.
No place or provision in small room to sit and watch TV for two people - only one hardback chair not even in a position to view TV.
