Friendly staff, clean room, pet friendly, good location, breakfast.
Bathroom is horrible. No counter, for toiletries, only a free standing sink. Shower has no lip to contain water. When we took a shower, water ran all over floor of the bathroom. Bathroom looked like it was under construction. Can't believe that is the way it is supposed to be.

Great huge room, super convenient to manhattan, great place for the price! the free breakfast exceeded my expectations: there was sausage, eggs, pancakes, waffles, french toast, fresh fruit, cereal, and more!

The very helpful staff! Free parking and breakfast. Close to accessible bus stop. No bed bugs.
The refrigerator did not work. It was frosted over. The ice machine on floor 5 and 4 did not work. Two necessities.
