Great staff. Everything you needed they had. Used the free shuttle and that was on time. Staff was friendly and I never had a problem they couldn't help me with. Room was large for a standard king room. Loved the bed and the sheets and pillows. Great nights rest. Liked the popcorn and free coffee in the room. Liked the modern decor of the hotel. Free parking a plus as parking in Seattle is expensive. If you did not have a car the location is a little far from the downtown, market, shopping district but if you do the location is great. Easy to get to I5 and all points beyond. Would recommend this hotel highly. Thanks.
Hallway on the third floor was glacial. Once in my room all was cozy. Burrrr.

Loved it!! Staff was very friendly and professional. Wish I had the pillows and bed at home as I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning overall rating has to be a 10!!
The only thing I wish the staff would have mentioned there was a shuttle service at check in.
