All the staff are very easy to work with, and helpful. The parking and the rooms are very convenient to the airport.

THEY HAD A SHUTTLE FOR THE AIRPORT
THE VENDING MACHINES DID NOT WORK AND THERE WAS VERY LITTLE SNACK SELECTIONS.

The desk lady when I checked in was very nice and helpful.
The room was musty and stale, and in the morning - when I most needed it - I discovered the shower didn't work. Extremely disappointing! Very bad way to start a very important day.
When I told the front desk woman about it, she didn't do anything but take a note.

Proximity to conference, and price
The pillows were awful. Too small and soft. My room had a big hole in the bathroom ceiling that was an obvious old water leak from above. It appeared to be moldy and corroded. Other than that, everything was fine for the price.

Close to airport. Second choice after the far better Clarion which was booked.
Everything from sheets to towels seemed to be the lowest quality possible.
A real dump! I would not recommend to anyone unless they had no other option!
The Clarion closer to the airport has very modern and nice rooms and pretty good room service.

Convenient location. Availability of van service to and from Sea-Tac.
I've stayed in this hotel many times over the past years and seen the quality go up and down. On this visit it was definitely DOWN. There was no clerk on duty at check in, and no way to make contact. The air conditioner was very noisy. The overall impression of the room and common area was that the building was not as well kept as my last stay about 2 years earlier. I didn't like the way lobby furnishings were re-configured; the old way was more welcoming, even if space for muffins and coffee was limited.

Staff was pleasant and helpfull. Shuttle driver was pleasant and helpfull
Door was very very difficult to close properly..Had to lift up and slam to engage the lock.
Drapes would not close properly and were not attached to rod very well.
TV remote did not work. Not many channels on the TV.
Room was on 3rd floor with no elevator..Staff was so busy that 2 other customers had to help me carry my bag to 3rd floor.
