Everything was wonderful. The staff at the desk, in the bar, in the restaurant,even in the hallways were friendly and helpful. The historic beauty of the hotel is worth the trip. The rooms were large, well lit, and had very comfortable beds.

I like that I'm able to bring my pet. The staff is very friendly and accomadating. I look forward to staying on site in the future.
There was a musty smell in the old section of the hotel.
other than that really nothing else to comment on.

The staff were especially friendly and helpful. The woodwork in the lobby and other public rooms of the hotel is beautiful, and it provides a pleasant atmosphere. The guest room met my most important criterion: the bed was very comfortable.

I liked the fact that it was very clean, this is something that is important to me. It was very comfortable and quiet, like a bed and breakfast, a very at home quality. The professionalism of the staff reminded me of a five star hotel in manhattan. Also the place is just extremely cool, I will return next time I'm in the area!

Stephanie at the front desk welcomed us and made us feel right at home! I felt I could call her (and did!) for any little thing I needed or had overlooked. She shifted our friends from the old wing to the tower so we could be closer to each other; that was so nice of her! The lobby is A. Ma. Zing. Food is excellent, too. I love the OSMI!

The restaurant was excellent; the exception being the choice of music being played, but that was relatively minor compared to the lovely meal. Fitness room was best I've seen in several hotels. Room service was very reasonably priced.
Rooms in the Tower section where we stayed are fairly average. Being a historic hotel, I was expecting an older room with some sort of architectural or design interest.
