The view from my room and the peaceful location of the hotel. Also all
the staff were most pleasant and very helpful.
Maybe it's me, but the book of amenities and services would be most helpful
if there were corresponding phone numbers.

Courtesy, helpfulness, quick action.
Smell outside elevator on 5th floor. Cigarette smoke in 1st room we checked in.

Front desk staff was great
Bathroom floor was dirty when we checked in. The floor in the bar/resturant area was still dirty, dirty from the night before. The noise from people from a wedding in the hotel was very bad. Was very disappointed this visit. We stay a few times a year but don't know about Thanksgiving and Christmas this year.
