I was part of a bridal party and we gifted the bride and groom a room at the Citizen. The staff was absolutely amazing and was nice enough to upgrade them to the penthouse suite!! Thank you Citizen Hotel! You made their special day even more special!

Great location, comfortable and clean sheets and bed, nice staff. Graciously gave me a breakfast voucher when hey accidentally didn’t attend to me on check in because they thought I was with another party.
Price of breakfast (about $10 for oatmeal) could be less but staff was great.
