The person at check in was not helpful or friendly. Upon check-out, one of the drivers of the van volunteered to take us to the train station. That was wonderful positive service that was unexpected.

I had changed my reservation for my son and daughter-in-law and granddaughter to stay in my place. On Monday morning my son said someone had been smoking marijuana in the next room bathroom and that they had to pack up and leave without showering or washing up. The hotel credited my account for the valet parking but I feel under the circumstances I should at least have half the cost or total cost of the room credited to my account. I have stayed many times at your hotel and always had a positive experience. I know this was not fault of the hotel.

It was less expensive than nearby hotels and was easy to get to from I-5.
We were unaware that there was a SELF-PARKING CHARGE. I THINK IT SHOULD BE STATED IN THE REGISTRATION PROCESS so that one would be aware of it.
