Main reason for choosing Horseshoe Tunica Casino and Hotel: Reputation
This was our first trip to Tunica and the Horseshoe. We certainly were very happy with our accomodations. The rooms are beautiful, very beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The staff and everyone we had contact with in the hotel and also casino were very courteous and friendly. Buffet was awesome and so very good. We will definitely come back to Horseshoe.
The only thing we were disappointed with was that there is a charge for internet service. We have been traveling for eight weeks and never had to pay for internet service at any hotel/motel. I feel this should go with the room.

Not Much
(I did not receive a room like I requested, even though one was available. The desl manager was the most rude of any I have ever dealt with, insisting the room I was given was close to the elevator even though there were ten or twelve rooms between mine and the elevator and a long hallway.

This was our first visit and we really enjoyed it. It was clean the people working there was very friendly and helpful. Sorry to say we left money at the Casino but we had a good time anyway.

Main reason for choosing Horseshoe Tunica Casino and Hotel: Facilities
It was great to be near the casino. We could gamble when we wanted to, have a few drinks and not worry about driving elsewhere to our hotel.
Also the rooms were absolutely beautiful. We were on our way home from a 2 week vacation and stayed in many nice hotel rooms during the trip, but this room was #1 in comfort and design.
