The bedroom was very comfortable and the price was very good.
The hotel was quite a way out of Memphis, but then that is really not that significant.

The room was nice and clean. It was no smoking.
My husband is on a walker and we have to walk acped.oss the hotel and then down a hallway almost to the end to get to our room. The bathroom was small and not handicapped equiped

Good price, very attractive casino. Room was very beautiful.
Although the room was very nicely furnished, it was very dirty! The lighting in the bathroom would have been much better if the lights at the sink area had been cleaned sometime in the past six months! Bathroom floor and mirror were dirty. Lights at bedside and headboards had cobwebs. TV did not work on abc (I believe this is channel 4)

Most of the stay was Ok--
We drove up to check in and was told we have to use valet if we unloaded the car in front of the hotel---we had to drive behind the hotel and unload luggage in the parking garage---on check out we could not use a cart--again we had to load luggage in the parking garage...
The first morning of our stay we had no hot water until 10am---I took a shower in COLD water--their reply was yes we are having touble with the boiler---no Very sorry..The pool closed at 8PM---the air filter on A/C was very dusty--we had to remove it so I wouldn't sneeze myself silly---they sit on the floor and was not cleaned or replaced the entire stay---I would not stay there again...

The room was clean and very nice. Was a non smoking room and did not smell of smoke.
The elevator was way too far from our room. People seem to smoke in hallways and elevators etc. Which to a non smoker is nasty.
