I was pleasantly surprised by many things at the hotel. The staff was very friendly; the rooms seemed to have been recently renovated; the hot breakfast was a nice touch; and our location to the outside door (we had dogs) and the pool (we have kids) was perfect!
I do wish they'd had paper plates, napkins, etc available in the evening in case someone had a need.

Comfortable and quiet. Big breakfast, friendly registration staff.
Bathroom floor was dirty around edges of room.

Nicely appointed roomy room. Clean. Non-smoking policy.
Took too long, and several attempts to get bedding for hide-a-bed. Parking area is cramped, narrow, with poor access, especially for large rigs. Breakfast bar quality was marginal.

Close to where our event was answered any and all questions we ask
We ask the night desk person on saturday about late check out she was not real co-operative and alittle short with my daughter but other than that incident no probems
