Our room was small, but very clean and modern. We especially appreciated the bed and linens, with a white sheet over and under the blanket.
Our room key had a 10% discount on the back for Applebee's restaurant. An employee told our party to go anywhere but there. A couple in the elevator raved about their dinner and the service, so we did go there for dinner. It was great, especially because we could walk there after a 12 hour drive!
Seems inappropriate to bad mouth the restaurant which your hotel discounts!

IT WAS CLOSE TO THE FURNEAL HOME & CHURCH THAT
WE WERE THER FOR. ALSO TO THE RESTAURANTS. FRONT DESK PEOPLE
WERE NICE.
YOUR HEAT & AIR WERE NOT GOOD IF YOU HAD HEAT ,IT WOULD GET TO HOT & IF YOU TRYED TO TURN IT DOWN , IT JUST GOT TO COLD. THE QUEEN SIZE BED OK, EXCEPT THE ROOM WAS WAY TO SMALL FOR 2 PEOPLE & LUGGAGE ,WE COULDNT EVEN WALK PASSED EACH OTHER . ,NOR WE COULD NOT EVEN GET THE LUGGAGE CART IN THE ROOM TO UNLAOD OUR LUGGAGE. WHAT I AM SAYING ROOM IS TO SMALL FOR QUEEN SIZE ROOM.. THANK YOU ,, EMPLOYEE OF HILTON HOTEL'S ,, FOOD & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR,,,,SAMANTHA HANING,,,

Location
Housekeeping staff did not do a good job at all. Didn't take away a couple wet washclothes, didn't remake bed, just threw up the covers, never had klennex in room only empty box the whole stay. I mentioned this to the front desk at check out and she didn't seem like it bothered her at all. The rooms were way too small. we asked for a queen bed and got a double.

The staff made us feel very comfortable and the cleanliness and a good bed for that is very important to us as senior citizens.It was a cheery atmosphere and we enjoyed our visit very much. We also could have our pet with us and we just felt at home.The pet also felt at home. :-)
