Could not get any breakfast because had a load of young kids hanging around the waffle maker and was there for some time.

The room was very comfortable and I appreciated the decor and service.
I absolutely hated the difficulty I had with my key. I had to make several trips to the front desk in order to be able to get in my room.

The price was very good and the location was convenient to the interstate and plenty of places to eat. They had a decent continental breakfast and kept it well stocked. The room was plenty warm even though it was really cold and we were next to the stairs.
Our room was next to the stairs and people entering/exiting all night. The walls are pretty thin and we could hear talking, knocking on doors and even the neighbor turning over in the bed. Being a light sleeper, it was hard to sleep. The beds are not the most comfortable. If you're a hard sleeper and you're not going to spend much time at the hotel, it's fine.

We just stayed one night driving south.
The hotel needs maintenance. In our room the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, the bathroom sink stopper did not work and the wall above the shower has water damage and needs fixed. All of these are very noticeable for any maid cleaning the room. The check in process was long and laborious even though we had a reservation. There were no towels pool side. We usually stay at the Hampton Inn but thought we would try the Microtel this trip as we go back/forth from NC to PA multiple times per year. We will bbe going back to the Hampton.

Spent very little time in my room. The room was clean and everything worked. The bed could have been a little firmer. For the time I was there, it was adequate.
No complaints.

This room was very comfortable and for the most part very clean. I enjoyed my stay greatly.
The sink was dirty, but minorly so.
