The housekeepers were very nice.
We got a king sized bed and a sleeper sofa instead of 2 beds as planned, however we were given the opportunity to change abd oted not to, the room was spacious and comfy.

That it was within walking distance to all the shops & restaurants. we didn't have to drive our car anywhere

This was my second visit to your hotel and the service, staff, facility, location were all wonderful
My past stay was wonderful, however, this time the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were like
ten year old foam. Really awful. I thought it might just have been me, but I went with two other couples, and no one was able to sleep. So, it would be wonderful if someone could look into the pillow and bed situation. I will be returning. as I attend an event there each year. Thank You

I liked that the hotel had a shuttle to take us to the play. The driver was also great.
One minor thing was that the heater-airconditioner sounded like a plane takeoff when it came on to circulate.
