The staff always says yes, they can help, yes they can do that. We showed up with a reservation for the wrong day but they were able to find us a great room. We had a complicated switch where we combined rooms with another guest who was coming in the next night. THe staff did not have to make this happen but they said yes--the people who work there are really good.

The room was not clean and the remote control was caked in dirt. The staff were not helpful in moving our rooms upon arrival. Poor experience overall.
