Ambience of the hotel. Waterfall was wonders Overall excellent breakfast.
Scrambled eggs were dry,all else just fine. Wallpaper in 322 needs regluing in spots. Also I would rearrange the bed skirts so they are not dragging the floor.

Staff knowledgable, courteous, and helpful. Enjoyed the complementary breakfast as well as the happy hour!
Menu at restaurant could be more diverse. However, restaurant staff very helpful and accommodating! Enjoyed our stay very much.

Close to airport - reliability - you know what to expect. Also appreciated the food choices for breakfast and the lounge.
Some noise due to being close in to the airport.

The room was well set up.
I didn't care for having other guest hair and bobby pins in my room. The noisy room view of the street and landing strip didn't allow us to sleep well. The breakfast buffet had eggs I wouldn't feed my dog not to mention the sorry excuse for pancakes. We had to eat breakfast elsewhere.

Comfortable room
The elevator had dry cereal in it, another elevator was wet from swimmers and there was dirty dishes in several places on the floor in the hallways.
