The owner (or the person doing the check-in) was the nicest person on earth! Made sure we had everything we needed and we checked in at 12:30am. Could not have been more customer-friendly.
Odd smell in our room (cigarettes?) but not terrible.

The location to Ocean was great if you cant get availability on other hotels. The hotel staff was EXTREMELY nice and pleasant. The area was safe and convenient and a short drive to chain eatery and walmart
THE HOTEL WAS DELAPIDATED AND VERY DATED.. THE MICROWAVES WERE RUSTY INSIDE OR SIMPLY DID NOT WORK. THE ROOM SMELLS CAUSE THE MINI FRIDGES ARE UNPUG WHEN ROOM IS NOT IN USED. THE INTERNET DID NOT WORK AS STATED ON-ONLINE. THE FURNITURE WAS VERY VERY DATED AND OLD!!! LASTLY THE SWIMMING POOL AND WHAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A JACCUZI WAS OLD AND HAD RUST IN THE RIM FLOATING IN THE WATER.....
