Location, balcony overlooking the gulf, freindly staff, parking
My lock on my door did not latch. With the door closed you could just push slightly and it would open. We were concerned someone could enter our room while we were not there and take our possesions. I told the front desk, they assured me someone would fix it but they never did.

Beautiful hotel on Pensacola Beach. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable. The rooms are pretty pricey, but for a short stay, it was worth the price.

Beautiful hotel decor, big rooms, great view of Gulf of Mexico, great pool.
No jacuzzi, and maid service was sub par. They made the beds and provided new towels and shampoo, etc. but did not sweep floors, leaving sand on floor and did not empty trash.
