Great location and a nice environment. The room and the bathroom were nice both in size and in appearance. Enough towels were provided as people could stay in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful in giving directions. We sure will decide to stay again when in the area, so please keep it always as is now that is fairly new. Taking care of every detail.

Nice modern facility located directly on the beach.
Restaurant was excellent for breakfast with good waiters. Nice bar with complimentary beverage, bartender was personable.
House keeping staff was not good. Dirty pail of diapers left on our balcony by previous guests was not removed by housekeeping. Two house keeping staff were in a room adjacent to mine using profane language in loud manner.

The staff was very friendly! The decor was beautiful. It appears every room has a great view. It was family friendly and access to the beach was fantastic.
We weren't happy with the sand in the shower. And felt the room prices were high.

Everything was great, especially the rooms
The group which manages the chair and other rentals in front of hotel were extremely rude in front of my children. We brought our own chairs and placed them in ample space between their groups of chairs. They had best space on beach, as it was sloping between their chairs and ocean. The guy who oversees them told us to move chairs and then proceeded to argue with me in front of children that we were in his space. It was ridiculous given the money I spent on your otherwise fine hotel.

Hotel is beautiful and staff could not have been any nicer.
Wish the rates at this time of year were a bit lower so we could have stayed all week!!!
