Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The extra amenities (food, drink) made me feel like I really was on vacation. Even though I didn't need to stay longer, I wished I could and I appreciated the 12:00 check out time. I liked the location and felt safe traveling alone.

We were not molested
At the check-in, the hotel employee made it clear that they disdained our use of your site by providing their own business cards. Tacky. Then we were led to the (I am not making this up) very last room on an upper floor, closest to the interstate, that absolutely reeked of tobacco smoke. I immediately rejected the room and after some serious negotiation including the involvement of the manager, we were accorded the room we paid (you) for. I am wiser by this experience and will never book again through your site. if you haven't figured this out by now, you are toast.

We liked the temperature and hours of the pool. We liked the friendliness of the staff and the coffee in the room.
We did not like that the bathroom door did not open all the way, the breakfast was poor quality - the food was cold and very unsatisfying.

Liked the Breakfast and Evening Reception. I stay at the Janzen Oxford regularly and the property in Pendleton should be giving lessons to the Janzen crowd.
Just the fact that we were not able to get our reception and breakfast tickets for the whole stay at check-in. I am capable of managing these myself rather than needing to wait for the counter attendant.
